She honed her craft as Lead Clinician at Hearing Health Center in Chicago — one of the most successful and respected audiology practices in the world — before serving as a national clinical trainer and technical expert for a leading global hearing technology manufacturer, advising thousands of audiologists nationwide.
Dr. Arman and her husband — a plastic and hand surgeon who completed his residency at Northwestern and fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania — chose Eugene together. He joined Slocum Orthopedics, and she founded Concierge Audiology. They look forward to serving this community side by side.

Dr. Arman later served as a technical support expert for a leading global hearing technology manufacturer, where she trained and advised thousands of audiologists nationwide, helping elevate fitting standards and patient outcomes across the country.
