The 10-Point Brain Hearing Assessment
We hear with our brains, not just our ears. This assessment goes far beyond a standard hearing test, looking at how your hearing affects understanding, memory, balance, sleep and everyday wellbeing.
Even mild, untreated hearing loss is linked to nearly twice the risk of developing dementia. Finding changes early gives you the most options.

Is this right for you?
The perfect candidate
Concierge audiology is for people who want the most thorough care available and value time, expertise and convenience. You’re likely a great fit if any of these sound like you.
You want answers, not a sales pitch
Independent advice and the time to ask every question.
Busy places wear you out
Restaurants and gatherings are a struggle, even if a past test said your hearing was “fine.”
Your hearing aids disappoint you
They sit in a drawer or never quite helped. A verified refitting often makes a dramatic difference.
You’re thinking about brain health
Memory concerns or a family history of dementia, and you want to address every factor you can.
Tinnitus is affecting your life
Ringing or buzzing interferes with focus, mood or sleep.
Your time is valuable
You prefer expert care at your home or office, or by telehealth.
Getting to appointments is hard
Limited mobility, recovery or caregiving makes home visits the practical choice.
You need advanced solutions
Bone-anchored device care now, with cochlear implant and Lyric services coming soon.
You’re helping a parent
You want a trusted expert who includes you and explains everything clearly.
When another provider may be a better fit: if you need hearing aids fully covered by an insurance plan, an in-network provider may serve you better. We’re happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

Meet your audiologist
Dr. Arman, Au.D.
With more than 15 years of audiology experience spanning adult and pediatric care, cochlear implants, bone-anchored devices and intraoperative monitoring, Dr. Arman founded Concierge Audiology to give every patient the time and attention good hearing care deserves.
She trained in the full scope of audiology practice at the nation’s leading hospitals, including the University of Chicago Medical Center and Georgetown University Medical Center, and went on to lead a highly successful private practice in Chicagoland.
She also trained under Dr. Ferre, one of the founders of auditory processing rehabilitation methods, giving her a deep understanding of how the brain makes sense of sound.
Her fitting expertise was refined at a leading hearing aid manufacturer, where she served as a support consultant to thousands of audiologists and taught them how to fit hearing aids for the best possible results. Her patients now get that same depth of knowledge, one-on-one.
Dr. Arman moved to Eugene, Oregon, when her husband, the surgeon behind Concierge Plastic Surgery, joined the Slocum Orthopedics team. Today she brings the same personal, concierge approach to hearing care for the Eugene community.
Every visit is unhurried, discreet and focused on your communication goals.
